				Wow!!! These guys are GOOD! I had a home warranty claim because my hot water heater died Dec 22 after 18 years. I submitted my claim and was told that Don Beivers and Precision Services were assigned to the claim. I was contacted by Don the very next day. We sent photos, he submitted the analysis and then the work was scheduled. Austin and Cary are ultimate PROFESSIONALS! They did great work, cleaned up after themselves, and explained how the new water heater worked and HOW to keep the new water heater good for many years! I am sorry 5 stars is as high as I can give this company, Don Beivers, Cary, and Austin. They are truly an exceptional company to do business with, and I would not hesitate to recommend. Precision Services to anyone, anytime!

I needed to replace my water heater and wanted to upgrade to the most efficient unit on the market. Even though the Heat Pump water heater is very new, Precision Services plumbers did an excellent job installing it and restoring our hot water supply. The water heater they replaced was not very old, but the installation now looks very professional in comparison to what was done the last time. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to others and would call them again should the need arise.

They came a little early, explained what was needed to be up to code and the added cost. Installed water heater within 2 hr. Period. Explained the warranty and recommended flushing the tank with a water hose at least annually. Recommended calling them if any problems. The city inspector would call to set up appt. To inspect.

Air conditioning went out. Don answered my call and came and fixed the problem very quickly. Bad fan motor was replaced (he had one on his truck!) quickly and we had cool air in no time. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would use them any time for heating and air and plumbing. They replaced my water heater 2 years ago - did an excellent job then, too.

Don and his crew of KD and Austin replaced our heater and air conditioner and did an excellent job, very respectful regarding our property. The floors were covered with canvas tarps and the Gents were extremely careful taking out the old equipment and bringing in and installing the new equipment. End result was a new air conditioner, condenser, and heater and you would not have know anyone had been on the property or in our home. Looks great and works like a charm. We are very happy with the price, equipment, and the installation.
