I needed to replace my water heater and wanted to upgrade to the most efficient unit on the market. Even though the Heat Pump water heater is very new, Precision Services plumbers did an excellent job installing it and restoring our hot water supply. The water heater they replaced was not very old, but the installation now looks very professional in comparison to what was done the last time. They came a little early, explained what was needed to be up to code and the added cost. Installed water heater within 2 hr. Period. Explained the warranty and recommended flushing the tank with a water hose at least annually. Recommended calling them if any problems. The city inspector would call to set up appt. To inspect.

Don and his crew of KD and Austin replaced our heater and air conditioner and did an excellent job, very respectful regarding our property. The floors were covered with canvas tarps and the Gents were extremely careful taking out the old equipment and bringing in and installing the new equipment. End result was a new air conditioner, condenser, and heater and you would not have know anyone had been on the property or in our home. Looks great and works like a charm.
